»Relationship Manager (Technology Banking)


Responsibilities

    Origination
  • Identify prospect and convert in line with Bank's appetite.,
  • Internal coordination for bridge banking needs as well as cross selling and up-selling.
  • Engage and coordinate Product Partners for marketing efforts and deal structuring.
  • Work with CA and obtain all pre-deal clearances.
  • Managing a healthy pipeline and also a record of client calls and discussions.
  • Drive client events / entertainments by coordinating with internal stakeholders and with client(s).

  • Client on-boarding & deal execution
  • Work closely with CA, product partners, global relationship manager and analyze on:
  • a)Wallet size;
  • b)Determine appropriateness of the product and deal structuring; and
  • c) Work out an appropriate account plan.
  • Successfully negotiate and close out pricing and other deal dynamics with client.
  • Oversee the quality & turnaround of credit proposal and ensure faster delivery. Work with CA for resolving credit queries, reviewing & supporting CM and CCR.
  • Liaising with client / Legal & Compliance / External Counsel / Credit Admin / Operation in preparation and execution of non-standard complex transactions along with Product Partners.

  • Account Management & Portfolio Quality
  • Oversee the quality & turnaround of credit proposal and ensure faster delivery. Work with CA for resolving credit queries, reviewing & supporting CM and CCR.
  • Overall responsible and accountable for Working Capital Loan and Fixed Asset Loan post drawdown monitoring.
  • Along with the product partner or global relationship manager, push for line utilization of credit facility.
  • Review past due and excess cases with the CA to ensure discipline and quality in portfolio.
  • Review and monitor the client profitability to ensure there are no revenue leakages.
  • Attend various internal or external sales / non sales meetings like Loan Review Meeting, Portfolio Review Meeting etc.
  • Overall responsible and accountable for the credit quality of the assigned / acquired portfolio.

Requirements

  • University bachelor degree in finance and accounting or related disciplines
  • At least 5 years working experience in international bank, with marketing, credit knowledge and relationship with large and medium sized companies.
  • Has manage technology and healthcare companies, know some PE/VC investors.
  • Must be detail-oriented, with good analytical, interpersonal, communication and sales skills.
  • Possess personal qualities of independence, integrity and professionalism.
  • Self-motivated, hard-working, mobile for travel.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English are mandatory.

»Internal Auditor


Responsibilities

  • Prepare the Audit NotificationM
  • Plan the auditing process
  • Preparation of the Audit Program
  • Conduct Entrance Meeting with the appropriate Business Unit Heads/Managers
  • Preparation and documentation of administrative and audit test work (including all work papers) in accordance with departmental standards
  • Perform audit engagements, validate and summarize all audit findings and discussion items
  • Discuss all audit findings with the appropriate Business Unit management
  • Review all audit findings with adequate action plans and draft audit reports
  • Clear work paper review notes
  • Document reasons for any time budget variances
  • Prepare the communication of the results of the audit, consulting project or assignment
  • Conduct an Exit Meeting with the respective team leaders, when requested
  • Follow-up and document the disposition of all assigned findings
  • Monitor and report on outstanding issues
  • Prepare Internal Audit activity status updates for the Audit Committee
  • Perform other tasks as requested by the Head of Internal Audit

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years banking experience or minimum 3 years audit experience
  • Familiar with banking business and regulations
  • Bachelor degree or above, in Accounting or Finance is a plus
  • Work independently with minimum supervision in a must
  • Good analysis and communication skills in both English and Chinese (written and spoken)

»Relationship Manager(Shenzhen Branch)
Location: Shenzhen


Responsibilities

  • Originate and develop new clients;
  • Work closely with CA, product partners, global relationship manager and analyze on:a)Wallet size;b)Determine appropriateness of the product and deal structuring; c) Work out an appropriate account plan.
  • Successfully negotiate and close out pricing and other deal dynamics with client.
  • Oversee the quality & turnaround of credit proposal and ensure faster delivery. Work with CA for resolving credit queries, reviewing & supporting CM and CCR.
  • Liaising with client / Legal & Compliance / External Counsel / Credit Admin / Operation in preparation and execution of non-standard complex transactions along with Product Partners.
  • Manages relationship with existing clients for other spin-off business opportunities;
  • Overall responsible and accountable for Working Capital Loan and Fixed Asset Loan post drawdown monitoring.
  • Along with the product partner or global relationship manager, push for line utilization of credit facility.
  • Review past due and excess cases with the CA to ensure discipline and quality in portfolio.
  • Review and monitor the client profitability to ensure there are no revenue leakages.
  • Attend various internal or external sales / non sales meetings like Loan Review Meeting, Portfolio Review Meeting etc.
  • Overall responsible and accountable for the credit quality of the assigned / acquired portfolio.
  • Early Alert and monitoring work.
  • Generate a qualified & concise call report after meeting or site visit;
  • Ability to cultivate junior RM/CA/ARM to work as backup of team leader;
  • Other duties as assigned and ad-hoc.

Requirements

  • University bachelor degree in Finance and Accounting or related disciplines;
  • At least 5 years working experience in banking industries as sales/marketing, familiar with local market, possess resource of local enterprises;
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill;
  • Self-motivated, hard-working, mobile for travel;
  • Fluency in spoken and written English is mandatory;
